Terms of Sale & Refunds
Thank you for choosing Aya Advisory Group. These Terms of Sale and Refunds outline the conditions for purchasing our premium advisory services and training programs. By engaging with our platform or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope and seller
These terms apply when you buy ESRA training products (individual modules, bundles, or institutional access) from us. The seller is Aya Advisory Group Ltd, company number 17229656, registered in England and Wales. Checkout and payment are handled by our platform provider, Payhip, and its payment processors; your purchase there is also subject to Payhip's checkout terms.
2. The products
ESRA training products are digital online courses delivered as hosted, web-based modules. The product description at the point of sale sets out what is included and how access is provided. Where stated, a certificate of completion is issued on completing the module; it is not a professional qualification, and any accreditation status is shown explicitly where it applies.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown at the point of sale in the stated currency and are payable in full at checkout. VAT is not currently charged as we are not VAT registered. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
4. Access and delivery
On confirmed payment you receive access to the course (for example, a link to the hosted module, or a bundle access document). Access is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase. You are responsible for a working email address and internet access to receive and use the course.
5. Your right to cancel — and digital content
- By purchasing and accessing a course straight away, you ask us to supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that, once access has begun, you lose the 14-day right to cancel. This is presented for your agreement at checkout.If you have not yet accessed the course, the 14-day cancellation right still applies and you may cancel for a refund within that period by emailing contact@ayaadvisorygroup.com.
6. Refunds
- Access was paid for but not delivered, or a technical fault on our side prevents access and we cannot resolve it;You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase;The course is faulty or not as described, consistent with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Institutional and bulk purchases
Institutional or multi-seat purchases may be subject to a separate agreement; where one applies, its terms take precedence over this section for that purchase.
8. Acceptable use and licence
On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course for your own learning. You must not share login details or access links, copy or redistribute the materials, or use them to deliver training to others without our written permission.
9. Liability, law, and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for a course is limited to the price paid for it; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights. 10. Delivery Timeline
Upon purchase, services will be delivered according to the specified timeline in your individual project proposal or enrollment confirmation. For training modules, access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification. We reserve the right to modify delivery schedules in consultation with the client.
11. Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Payments must be made in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in a formal advisory contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or access to our Knowledge Hub.
12. Refund Policy Supplement
Due to the specialized nature of our advisory services and the immediate intellectual value provided in our digital training modules, we maintain a professional refund policy. Refund requests submitted prior to the commencement of work or access to materials will be considered for a full return minus administrative fees. Once services have been initiated or digital materials accessed, refunds are generally not provided.
