Endurance in the hardest terrain

In Akan tradition, Aya — the fern — symbolises endurance and the power to thrive in the hardest terrain. It takes root where others cannot. Aya Advisory Group is built in that spirit: environmental and social risk management is rarely done in comfortable conditions, and we bring rigour, resilience, and practitioner depth to the work that matters most.
